Valencia is feeling festive for Christmas with decorations around the city and a host of seasonal activities and attractions to visit.
Try a yuletide wander starting in the heart of Valencia at the City Hall Square, where your attention will be drawn by the Christmas tree and you can enjoy skating on the amazing ice rink, which will be there until 8 January 2017.
Continue the route down the road to the Plaza de la Reina and see another great Christmas tree and just across the square you can browse a traditional Christmas market, with stalls open until the first week of 2017 offering wonderful artisan products, right next to the Cathedral and Miguelete bell tower. While you're there, you can also take the opportunity to visit the nativity scene inside the Cathedral itself.
And if this isn't already enough for you to fill your Christmas boots and stockings, just down the riverbed the City of Arts and Science is also unmissable over the festive season. Apart from the spectacular Christmas decorations you'll also find an ice skating rink Christmas market and more.
